Halloween 2014: Evil Pumpkin Halloween Watermarble Nail Art

Mwhahahaha,

Welcome lacqueristas to the continuation of my Halloween 2014 nail art! Cue dramatic lightning and high pitched witch cackle.  Lol no it's not really that serious, but I do love Halloween simply because I have so many awesome and epic stamping plates that are geared to this holiday.  Plus hello my love of makeup especially the special fx kind makes this holiday even more fun! So today I decided why not start posting looks.   I will say though todays was a mixture of pleasure and pain. In short also perfect for the holiday ne pas?

God I hate watermarble nail art!  God I LOVE watermarble nail art! It's like I'm firmly split in two on this issue.  When I'm really into watermarbles and practicing them regularly I can execute very clean and cool designs, but if it's been a while nothing flows and the technique becomes a means of torturing myself.  Today I actually was able to create this without too much mush and fuss once I figured out that I needed the base color of my nails to be orange.  I added the evil pumpkin accent just to break the monotony of marbeling, but also because I desperately needed an excuse to use my new Chez Delaney plates! Lol they are flawless seriously flawless!  And the evil pumpkin was just the right touch!

How do you like my watermarbles? This is probably one of the best I've ever created and I'm super proud! Yay!  You can find the Chez Delaney plates here on her website.  The shipping used to be a bit painful but these days she offers it free at 75 Euros which sadly it is so easy to spend in her shop as the plates are glorious!  Thanks for reading and I'll see you next post.....
