Neon Bejeweled Abstract Leadlight Lacquer Nail Art

Hey varnished vixens,

Happy Sunday! As you all know I love to follow up stamping plate reviews with....nail art.  Lol kinda makes perfect sense right.  Yesterday I reviewed the new Leadlight Lacquer plates from Messy Mansion (read about it here) and despite also pulling out a mega tutorial for double processed stamping I still couldn't leave these plates alone and so here we are.  Know what else I can't leave alone? My neon mate polishes from Virtuous Polish.  They are stunning and aren't getting nearly enough nail time in my life.  So while it may be the heart of winter over here prepare for some tropical storms....

Mani-louge
Basecoat / Topcoat: Duri Rejuvacote / Poshe Fast Drying Topcoat
Base color: Rica Whiteout
Vertical gradients: Virtuous Polish Patience, Diligence, and Chastity and Floss Gloss Con Limon
Stamping polish: Mundo de Unas Black (2)
Stamping plate: Leadlight Lacquer A05
Accents: 2mm glitter studs (Michaels), gold bullion beads (Dollar Nail Art), 2mm gold elipses (Dollar Nail Art)

So I ended up creating something so over the top! Lol I was really inspired by the scrolling and flowing patterns of the plate and I ended up just adding little elements here and there to make the design pop.  Ironically I did no leadlighting though that was my intention from the start. So this is pretty much an example of not limiting yourself by the plate design or of just my own egotistical intent.  Lol either way I'm loving it! Oooh child look at that colorburst!

So aren't these gorgeous? Man this level of neon is just fatal and the designs from the Leadlight plates just tied everything together in one big beautiful bow.  I love it!  You can purchase the Leadlight plates at Messy Mansion here.  Virtuous polish can be purchased here.  Thanks for reading stamp champs and I'll see you next post...

  12. Thank you sweetie! Yup the VPs are that bright and beautiful in real life but they tend to show any flaw harshly when in matte form :/ I love them but they require a little TLC to get the most out of them ;)
