Born Pretty Store Galactic Multichrome Mani Nail Art + Tutorial!

Hey y'all

I know wtf have I been?  I been around dealing with a broken a computer and the freaking horrible expense of replacing it.  I pretty much live and die by my Apple products but boy when they break out of warranty its like the sky falling!  It took forever to raise funds to pay for repairs, but now I'm back and backlogged.  I decided to start with some major bang since I've been away for a bit and wanted to show you what I've been up with in the meantime.  Today I have those multichrome powders that have taken the nail world by storm combined with some Born Pretty Store magic that made me go, "Yes - I want it all!" Like a lot of nail gals I'm totally blown away with how stunning these products are and how easy they are to use. So let's go!

Hot Off The Stamping Press: New Born Pretty Store Nail Art Stamping Plates

Hey stamperistas,

Quickie post today!  Born Pretty Store has released another set of nail art stamping plates from their BP Collection (these are the round plates).  The last  release was March 23rd literally not quite a month ago.  So this release is quick.  You can see these plates here.  There were only ten new plates that I could find so let's take a look.

The larger mock-up.  I have the individual plates below...

Hot Off The Stamping Press: New Born Pretty Store Nail Art Stamping Plates!

Hey stamp champs,

Hope everyone is having a great weekend!  Its been crazy for me between school and work and I realized I'm getting more and  behind with plate releases lol.  Suddenly its spring and designers are releasing like crazy.  Speaking of here comes Born Pretty Store up to their usual shenanigans.  I have to say I am glad they took a breather from releases since their last set was so full of dupes it made me question whether I would continue to purchase plates from the brand.  It looks like they took a few steps back to focus on their larger rectangular plates and since these images tend to be larger I did feel a quiver of excitement to see what they came up with.  Let's take a look...

The usual full mock up presented for us at least from a glance I see some interesting looking patterns.

Born Pretty Store Nail Art Stamping Plates Review

Hey stamperistas,

Today we're going to get into another one of my epic reviews this time from the wildly successful release of Born Pretty Store brand plates.  As my followers may know from reading prior posts I have put up announcements for every release and also pointed out the differences between plates that were re-designed from the initial release.  Today I'm going to be focusing on only the first ten plates from the series.  I will also be comparing the initial BornPretty plates to the newer and revamped BP plates.  If you don't know what I'm referring to please go ahead and read here. Otherwise with so much material to cover let's get started!  As usual my review will be divided into sections regarding sizing swatches etc so if there is a section you would like to read feel free to skip ahead.  And please leave comments and feedback!  Let's go...

Born Pretty Store Floral Water Decal Nail Art & Review

Hey stamp champs,

I have some cute nail art for you today!  When Born Pretty Store approached me about reviewing a few of their products I was so flattered.  You all know I'm a huge fan of their recently released stamping plates as well.  And so I wanted to create something appealing and also do their products justice.  I picked out items that I felt were in sync with my own personal style without narrowing the scope too much.  Today I'm going to show you some decals I chose and how I used them to create a look that was still very much in my venue of art.

Hot Off The Stamping Press: New Born Pretty Store Nail Art Stamping Plates!

Hiya stamp champs,

We are literally drowning in new plate releases these days right? It's insane! All I can say is batten down the hatches darlings because a flash flood warning is in effect.  So you know I've had my share of problems with the Born Pretty Store plate releases.  Often I cannot tell what is going on or afterward find out some information that was left out.  This time I'm pretty certain I have the facts for Black Friday's release.  If you follow me on Instagram you'd know I just  received my order of BPS plates - my original and then my 2nd follow up order.  I'd asked BPS to send me the revamped BP01-10 plates so that I could post a comprehensive comparison and review, but I don't have those.  I'm thinking about just going ahead and reviewing what I've got at least the 2nd release of the BP plates and getting that up so my followers can have some reference upon which to judge the quality of these plates.  If you're interested in that let me know in the comments below otherwise I'm gonna dive right in because these plates are epic level!

Yup it's that time again! May I suggest if you missed out on obtaining the BP01-10 plates that launched with the new plates that this would be a good time to pick them up. For 24 hours on the 28th these plates will be on sale.  Unfortunately the site has conflicting info one banner (above) has plates listed for 0.99 cents and another for $1.40 (small round plates) and $3.99 (large rectangular plates).  I have no idea which one is accurate, but I'm hoping it's the 0.99 cent one as they have been sold for historically.  Let's take a closer look at the plates...

Born Pretty Store Nail Art Stamping Plate Update: BP vs BornPretty Plates What's The Difference?

Hey stamp champs,

I wanted to address the difference in the Born Pretty Store plates when I noticed.  While looking through all the available plates on the website lo and behold I recognized the first set of Born Pretty plates from 1-10 and the bundle currently listed  from 1-10 on the website were all different! Sigh.  I can't say I'm happy about that when I noticed the first set has images that are much smaller compared to the new plates.    So this is basically what happened.  If you were like me and got the first set of plates that released from the Born Pretty Store brand they were the smaller images and the plates are labelled as BornPretty.  At the time  of the initial sale and release these plates were $18.39USD not the 0.99 cents per plate that was offered yesterday but roughly $2.39USD per plate.

Above are the old/first release of the Born Pretty Store plates from one month ago. If you want to see close up individual images of all the plates see my original post here. Now take a look at the BP plates which launched yesterday and are essentially the larger version of the BornPretty plates though many have been completely redesigned.  Especially BornPretty 06.  I'll show you that one individually below.

Hot Off The Stamping Press: New Born Pretty Store Plates + 4 Year Anniversary Sale!

Hiya stamp champs,

There are so many new plates coming out these days that now the choice comes down to your personal preference versus availability and I have to say that is ALL kinds of awesome!  Though I will be the first to admit as a stamping addict it can be challenging to only pick a few when everything is so tempting.  So why don't I tempt you a bit more today and tell you about the new plates being released by Born Pretty Store on Thursday as well as their 24 hour sale?

As you know BPS recently released a 10 piece set of plates about a month ago (you can read about it here) and it looks like the designers have been very busy because they have churned out 15 more for our stamping pleasure.
