Masura Magnetic Halloween Nail Art Abstract + Tutorial!
Hey hay heeey,
Sooooo polish pals it has been way too long! Did you miss me? I have a raging cold right now and fall as well as work has made me its b*^&ch. Rofl! No seriously I've been ground to basically dust but I had to at least show off some of my cute mani's from the halloween season including one that you can totally rock anytime and not just for Halloween. Plus I finally got to use my precious golden baby Masura's. The tale of how I obtained half of my collection is harrowing to say the least, I'll chat about that later, however the results yielded were totally freaking worth it!

Rasberries, Greeens, & Golds Magnetic Floral Nail Art + Tutorial
Hey lacqueristas
Press Sample
Ugh I held out against more magnetics for a while. If you follow me on IG you may have seen this one - which was gorgeous! Truthfully when I use the US ones it just makes me crave the Masura ones so much more horribly. Their color range is stunning and frankly there are more polishes from their line than any other. Not saying that I wouldn't also kill for the Golden Eyes from Dance Legend, but basically nothing trumps Masura. Nonetheless I had to had to do this. I was playing around after one of my prior mani's popped off and then I created this magic. Suddenly I had to do a full blown mani and of course I had to share ;) Let me know if you'd like to see more magnetic mani's in the future or the different techniques too!

Hot Off The Stamping Press: New Chez Delaney Christmas/Holiday Nail Art Stamping Plates!
Yo stamperistas,
Another press release post today. Honestly these plates are super adorable, but likely will not make it to you in time to do any holiday nail art unless you are in the EU. Still I wanted to share these beautiful plates from Chez Delaney along with her adorably fat Santas.

Elevation Polish Journey Told Through Music Collection 2 Swatches and Nail Art Part 1 (Pic Heavy)
Welcome back laqueristas,
I know it hasn't been all that long since I posted a megathon of art and swatches for Elevation Polish and this month is very special because it brings the return of the fantastic Journey Through Music Collection Part Deux as well another gorgeous one of a kind Yeti. And if that wasn't enough this month is the Annual EvP Charity Auction! Unfortunately the collection was so big that I could not swatch and art them all out at once. It was just beyond me so I decided to split the post into 2 parts. Part 1 will cover 4 polishes and Part 2 will cover the other 3 polishes and more Yeti's. So a few things - below I have placed the links to all the songs each color was inspired by in the title of the polish; all you have to do is click. And please forgive me if my swatches and photos are a bit different this time since I got a new camera and I'm still getting the hang of things - eep! Now let's get started!
Ratatouille Strychnine
A shimmering pink and blue flecked shimmer topcoat inspired by Tori Amos' Mr. Zebra. This one can be made to wear solo if you are committed. It will take about 4 coats to reach opacity or you can do like I did and cheat and use a similar colored base color and then top it with this glorious shimmer! It worked out perfectly it took about 2 coats to make it more opaque and less of an accent, but in my trials playing around with this polish I've found it looks gorgeous over a variety of shades including layered in between semi-opaque polishes. When this polish hits the light just the right way you see flashes of blue everywhere as pictured below.

Hot Off The Stamping Press: New Chez Delaney Nail Art Stamping Plates!
Hey stamperistas,
Here we go. I'm really trying to catch up on a backlog of releases and it's been crazy. Just today I saw that 2 new plate series are coming out! I was like gah!! Now I'm really far behind in releases! Here another few plates that released earlier this month this time from Chez Delaney. Here's another company that gives me silent thrills. Veronique is a stealth releaser as well so you have to keep sharp eye out for her plates. This release is pretty small though which is a touch unusual for her but let's take a look....

Watercolor Tropical Abstract Nail Art (Alcohol Ink Method)
Hey lacqueristas,
Today I've got some soft and sweet nail art. This mani may seem familiar to those of you who watched my Double Processing video. Don't know what I'm talking about? Check it out here. Anyway today feels like the first time I'm going to take my newer Chez Delaney plates out for a spin though I've had them for a little bit now. I love these plates and I'll be doing an in depth review on them shortly but for today let's hit the beach! Oh btw EtoH equals alcohol a swifter chemical abbreviation for than spelling it out constantly ;)

Hot Off The Stamping Press: New Chez Delaney Nail Art Stamping Plates!
Hey stamp champs,
How's everybody? Frantically spent after all that Black Friday shopping and looking forward to Cyber Monday lol! I did very little shopping though their were some epic online bargains to be had! It was hard to not buy ALL the polish and ALL the plates. I just got a few small things and while I was doing my usual online stalkery I came across the silent sleeper that kills which is Chez Delaney. I swear if plate makers could become assassins Veronique would be one. She always stealthily releases plates that make me drool and honestly this is a brand that needs more press. She's not getting nearly enough attention for some of the heartstoppingly gorgeous and delicate patterns she has created! So let me amend that for you now....

Angels and Plumes is one of my favorite new collections! Feathers and angel wings and plumage. Resistible? Not in the slightest I love them all!
